		(April 18, 2006) After English, French and Italian, you can now read "Teacher's Guide to Adoption" in a fourth language, Spanish. It's at Family Helper web site, at www.familyhelper.net/ad/guiaeducadores.html. The Spanish version, translated by N. Chiner, is also presented as an attractive PDF file in the Adoption Virtual Library ("Biblioteca virtual") at www.postadopcion.org, based in Barcelona. "Teacher's Guide to Adoption" is a resource document prepared by the publisher of Family Helper magazine, Robin Hilborn, to promote the teaching of adoption in schools. It offers some basic information on adoption for the elementary and secondary school teacher, in ten modules, and includes tips on creating unbiased school projects for children who come from non-traditional families. "Parents should find it handy when dealing with adoption issues in the classroom. I hope teachers will also appreciate the modules on research and resources, and the glossary," Robin said. The English version is still there (now in its second edition, with ten modules), joined by translations in French, Italian and Spanish.
