(Nov. 19, 2006) Would your daughter from China like to appear on TV? A major Canadian bank is looking for girls to star in its next television ad campaign.
The Canadian bank (unnamed in the casting notice) wants to feature girls adopted from China in its commercials.
If your child is aged 8 months to nine years, and "bright, cheerful and expressive", she could appear in a TV commercial to be filmed Nov. 29-Dec. 1 in Toronto. It's a "touching story about a Canadian family who adopts a Chinese girl", according to the casting notice.
Auditions are Nov. 17 and 21 in Toronto. No pay for the audition, but girls appearing in the commercial will get professional rates.
